About the Role:

We’re looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Tempe center. You’ll be joining a collaborative environment with two experienced BCBAs already on site — professionals who take pride in fostering an inclusive, supportive, and high-quality care culture.

In this role, you’ll work in-center, providing behavior analysis, supervising RBTs, and helping children reach meaningful milestones. We value innovation, collaboration, and continued professional growth.

• Competitive Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year (based on experience)
