A fast-moving, relationship-driven commercial construction firm based in the Philadelphia area is seeking a Vice President of Business Development . Operating as a full-service General Contractor, we specialize in construction management across the Eastern Seaboard, focusing on projects ranging from $1M to $10M.
This is a high-impact, "rainmaker" role designed for an entrepreneurial leader. You will begin as a senior individual contributor tasked with immediate revenue generation, eventually building and leading a scalable sales organization as you progress on a defined path toward company ownership and succession.
The primary objective of this position is to accelerate our growth from $25M to over $50M in annual revenue. We are not looking for a traditional "sales manager," but rather a hunter who can leverage deep, transferable commercial construction relationships to secure new business immediately.
