Location: 8435 Stemmons Bldg.
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree preferred in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Leadership, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Work Experience Education can be substituted for experience. Required: 8 years Progressive experience in IT, IT Business Partnership, Business Relationship Management, or a related field. Progressive experience in leadership or management roles, leading five or more employees.
Preferred: 3 year's experience in a large, complex healthcare organization. Prefer experience in organizational change management (OCM). Prefer experience managing demand intake and business case development processes

Preferred: IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management Professional (PMP), Organizational Change Management (OCM), or related disciplines
Level of Responsibility Leadership & Talent: Primarily manages professional level employees. Responsible for work and results of direct reports. Over one (1) functional area.
Communication & Influence : May influence outside of own department, while balancing internal, divergent objectives to gain cooperation of other parties.
